June swap package from Alix!
Wet n' Wild eye palette in Comfort Zone
I actually have never tried an Wet n' Wild palette before (go figure!) I do like how they make it basically goof-proof by labelling which shade goes where (terrific for mornings as I just cannot focus before my coffee; here I simply look at the label and apply accordingly!)
Caudalie The Cream; Yves Rocher Anti-Fatigue; Caudalie Moisturizing Cream
Three lovely little cream samples - I don't think Alix knew this when she was putting together my swap package but I love these brands, Caudalie since it was introduced to me in Glymm and Yves Rocher since, well, since forever I guess - they've been around for so long! Yves Rocher has a great line of creams (I compulsively use their Riche Cream in wintertime) and I really like that their products are botanical-based (they grow ingredients for many of their products in their own gardens). Looking forward to trying these out!
Sephora Chocolate Body Wash; Burt's Bees Milk and Honey Body Lotion
Oh gosh, chocolate body wash? I've got to use this immediately!! And the Milk and Honey Lotion from Burt's Bees is my favourite product from their line; I know some people don't like the smell, but I find the scent light and the cream feels so nice on my skin.
L'oreal Magic BB cream
Eeek! So excited when I saw this - I haven't tried this BB cream before but I've seen it during my drugstore shops and was curious. BB cream has become a bit of a staple for me, I generally use it more than foundation and in the summer it will be BB cream + bronzer most days.
O d'Azur by Lancome
This little perfume sample smells so nice- light, flowery with undertones of musk, it is perfect for summer.
Maybelline Color Whisper in Rose of Attraction; Estee Lauder High Gloss in Flashdance
I love Color Whispers - light and sheer color that screams 'summertime'. And I'm so incredibly jazzed for this gloss (and being 'jazzed' is appropriate I guess as it's called 'Flashdance'! One of my fave movies from the 80's, along with Desperately Seeking Susan. If you haven't seen that one, Netflix immediately!) These colours would go perfectly together too.
Montagne Jeunesse face masks in Hot Chocolate and Strawberry Souffle
Oh boy - masks that look good enough to eat. Face masks I find are the ultimate stress-buster; when you put one on it's so soothing and you literally HAVE to sit there for 10 minutes or so, just chillin'. These will be put to good use over this summer of research!
RJ's Raspberry ChocTwists
And of course, the best for last. Belgian-chocolate filled licorice? COME ON! This actually exists? Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus!!
Thanks again for a great swap Alix :) And happy long weekend and Canada Day on Monday everyone!!
